Conditions of Hire
Vehicles are supplied for the transfer hired
Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements, call for details
Wedding vehicles are generally supplied a minimum of 1 hour, wedding transfers can also be arranged, call for further details.
All Wedding bookings are to be finalized at least 7 days prior to the Wedding day.
All general hire bookings are to be finalized at least 3 days prior to the service date.
Credit card payments attract a surcharge. AMEX 4%, Visa, Mastercard 3% & Diners 4%.
Personal cheque payments must be finalised at least 14 days prior to the booking.
Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident the next best vehicle will be used.
CANCELLATIONS
Weddings: A deposit of $150.00 per vehicle will be incurred on all bookings. Bookings cancelled within 3 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking unless extraordinary circumstance can be shown. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit.
Formal Hire: A deposit of $50.00 per vehicle will be incurred on all bookings; cancellations within 14 days prior to bookings will be charged
at the full amount of the booking. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit.
General Hire: A deposit of $50.00 per vehicle will be incurred on all bookings; cancellations within 14 days prior to the booking will be charged the full amount of the booking, Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit.
